As a representative of Wholesale Capital Corp and one of the lenders in The Loan Consultants’ lender network, I often have the opportunity to work with their affiliates. Overall, my experience with Brokers trained by The Loan Consultants has been very good, and I have funded numerous loans with them. I have worked with their Brokers for many years and currently have several projects on my desk now, brought by affiliates of The Loan Consultants.
In my personal opinion, Loan Consultants affiliates tend to be resourceful and connected, indicating that affiliates are carefully chosen. They tend to bring interesting projects to do and a wide variety of borrowers to work with from all around the country. Wholesale Capital Corp, operating as Fidelity Commercial Funding, works with their Brokers on commercial real estate loans nationwide. We protect their Broker’s fee, and pay them directly immediately after settlement.
