Wow! Never have I run into such a bunch of rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional individuals as the staff over at TDI Properties on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. TDI properties manages a tri-plex I have had to deal with and Ive experienced nothing but frustration in dealing with them on a very simple deal. The receptionist or property management girl Elizabeth must have a horrible life because she is completely rude, short, and acts like you are bothering her when you call. Then I had to deal with Rishi Kobayashi in Accounts Receivable and she was equally rude and unprofessional as Elizabeth! Shockingly, there was no managment to be found and everyone was conveniently "out of town" for Passover. The supervisor Steve Ferszt I was told does answer calls during his vacation or because of Passover and she not allowed to call him. It must be against his religion to hire competent people or (gasp) put someone in charge while he gone to handle things. The property they are managing is a complete dump with major health and safety violations and their poor tenants are completely confused and they are no help. If you are a propety owner, investor, or tenant STAY CLEAR OF TDI PROPERTIES. THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THEY MANAGE A BUNCH OF RUN DOWN DUMPS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS.
