My husband and I were stranded they told us they would be there between 8:50 and 9:15 and didn't come so we took a taxi to airport and were told by Nakisha Nelson to keep a receipt. Later she called us and told us they would not reinburse us because we were a no show. I was in a wheelchair and we almost didn't make it to our flightto N.C. from LAX
