I've been a member of SMC for 20 years. I've never had any problems with their products or services. I fully understand that you get as much from something as you put into it. I sell at flea-markets as a hobby as I'm basically lazy when it comes to using my head for business. I now have a Website. I've been preparing myself for my own online store with SMC for the last 3 years. My store has been open for just a few weeks and I had my first online order 5 days ago. It's a lot for me to wrap my head around, but I thank SMC for allowing me to practice using my head now that my body has tired out, lol. I recommend anyone interested in this to carefully read and re-read all details and information available to them before venturing into something they are unsure of. Be patient with yourself when learning something new, and don't make hasty decisions. Tom Bosley (Howard Cunningham from Happy Days) was the spokesperson for SMC when I saw the informercial 20 years ago. I don't believe he would ever steer anyone wrong.
