I was extremely disappointed with this company. The facial itself was fine, but when you go to the counter to pay -- watch out!!! The staff - especially Sonya - verbally attacks you if you do not purchase every single product she recommends. Mind you - her products are not cheap and I get that. But if you don't want to spend thousands of dollars you shouldn't be shouted at in front of other clients. She said things like "Well, if you aren't going to commit to this then why even come in??" Against my better judgement, (I was pressured into purchasing a series of peels) I came back and witnessed another client being given a hard time because she couldn't afford to purchase the entire regimen Sonya recommended/insisted she purchase. I never returned. When I tried to reschedule the peels they refused and then refused to refund my money for the unused peels. I have received better facials at businesses that treat me with respect. She is rude, arrogant and just awful. I filed an official complaint w/ the BBB but she never responded. Surprise, surprise.
