He made me give him half for a deposit up front and said the shutters would be in; in about 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks went by and He would not return my phone calls. He called me back a week later and gave me a story that the ship broke and it would be a couple more weeks. 3 weeks later I had to call him and again he would not answer the phone. Several days later he called me back and told me it would be another few weeks because the shipping got screwed up. Another 3 weeks went by and again no phone call from him. After at least 15 messages to him he finally called me back and told me it would be another 3 weeks at which point I told him I wanted my money back. He said he would return my money and to date I still have not got my deposit back. I found another local company that had them made for me in 5 days and I love them. The address for his business is a run down house in Buena Park that has a for rent sign on it... Lesson learned
