This attorney is a scam artist. Please look on the internet. There are hundreds of complaints against him. He charged me an upfront fee of $3500 in order to work out a loan modification and to stop my foreclosure. No work was ever performed on my behalf and I lost my home. I have filed complaints with the FTC and the CA State Bar. This attorney needs to refund my money and then see some jail time. He's a predator.
