"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR".... That's a typical quote you hear..
NOT IN THIS CASE! Yes, I paid a decent price... lower than my old insurance company, GEICO. Yes they gave me the same "COVERAGE", Yes.... They did take my money each month.
now lets get into some FINE PRINT DETAILS:
1. "COVERAGE" means you purchase COVERAGE and you're COVERED!... right? NO NOT RIGHT, NOT WITH ROBERT MORENO! THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE! RMIS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL THEIR CUSTOEMRS! EVERYONE SAYS IT! I got into an accident 7 months ago and they STILL havent paid me. They agreed they are supposed to pay me $7,000 but where is it? OH TATS RIGHT... I can't get in touch with anyone at their company to even ask. They take your money VERY QUICKLY yet they cant pay out a claim or return a phone call?
2. They disrespected me SO MUCH.. They called me names and at a few points EVEN LAUGHED at me when I said I am waiting for a check. They told me as follows, "Sir, (haha) your check is being processed and you should be receiving it in the next few months." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!??!?!?
3. They called me a liar about 100 times. You want to know what they think I'm lying about? MY WIFE BEING SICK!!!!
4. I cancelled my insurance and THEY STILL CHARGE ME! I HAD TO CANCEL MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT!
These people are not an insurance company even... they are the middle man to a company that, honestly, I don't even think exists.
To finish this off, AVOID RMIS, ROBERT MORENO INSURANCE SERVICES AT ALL COSTS!! THEY ARE CROOKS! THEY ARE EVIL PEOPLE AND I.... I am a man of integrity and have no TIME to be writing these reviews UNLESS ITS SERIOUS, this is serious. STAY AWAY!
