I am from Oxnard and have continuously used this transportation, but until recently I have looked at my options. For any future passengers: be sure if your luggage is light that it either goes on top or with you in the shuttle, be sure you know who your driver is, and make sure your luggage is not broken before the driver leaves. This advise is from experience where the driver put my luggage on bottom and broke it, know that the company won't respond and when they do they claim they're "not liable" even though their driver did it. Hope this helps and consumers never be cheated by anyone.
