Despite the review, I've had a very good experience with Ritter. Great staff and excellent customer service. About 2 years ago, I enrolled my mother in the program. She had about $40,000 in credit card debt, mostly a result of my father passing away. They gave her a payment she could afford and we didn't have to file Bankruptcy. The girls in the front office are very nice and have put up with my annoying phone calls for 2 years without ever complaining - that in itself is a miracle. Thank you for all your hard work! Both my mom and I appreciate it!
