I paid these guys lots of money to remodel the kitchen and 2 bathrooms in my house. They took way longer than they should have...more than 3 months...some days they never even showed up to work. Now, 6 months later, the upstairs bathroom is leaking into my downstairs dining room. Are they concerned enough to help me out? Fat freaking chance. I'm going to have to hire another contractor to fix their problem, and a lawyer to go after them.
