Last year my husband and myself had a very bad experience getting a Reverse Mortgage with Greenlight. We had to pay $400.00 for the appraisal and waited a long time for the loan. We finally gave up. I saw an email ad on the computer and called the number.
It turned out to be Premier Lending Group. Wayne Slater was great. After checking our account, he said we were able to apply again. We were extremely pleased with his quick service, returning any call backs and not charging us for another appraisal. Our property
had increased in value and we just closed our escrow. We have already recommended Premier to friends and will continue to do so. Premier is a top rate company in our book. We give them 5 stars.
