I have been a neopets.com user for over 10 years. My account was recently frozen for cheating. This is something that I would never do. I put years of hard work into my account. No way would I ever risk losing that account.
Neopets customer support is a joke. They take months to respond to emails. When they do respond it is usually an automated response from a bot. Sometimes they never respond. Neopets has gone downhill ever since Viacom bought the company. They no longer care about their customers.
Neopets.com is not a company that you should trust and I would give them a 0 star review if I could.
