Be Careful In Buying a Mitsubishi DLP TV. iT is a very high maintenance Tv, your are required to replace the lamp every two years or less or depending on how you use the tv and where is it located in your house. the cost of the lamp lamp $229.00 plus s/h. I bought the Tv in Good Guys in Nov/2005 for $4,000.00.A month later the lamp has to be replace, Then on April /08, I replace the lamp again and paid $229.00 for it. On Nov/09 the chassis broke the Tv won't work call Mitsubishi and filed a complain and the replace the chassis and I paid the shipping and handling, then on Feb/2010 the lamp broke again that less than a year. I call Mitsubishi again and filed another complain. Mitsubishi said that it it the consumers resposibility to replace the lamp. I told Mitsubishi that have I known that I have to replace the lamp every two years I would no bought the Tv, They Said It it our resposibility to know that before the consumer buy the Tv. I told them that the sales person never even mention that. And they said they should!, but they did not. Every sales person would never tell you the negative part or they will not have any sale. So for short your stock with it. I think that the consumers should be imform on this matter before the consumer buy the product. and I think that Mitsubishi should fix the problem and Not make money out of the consumers. don't you think so
