Not a good experience

My experience with going through the initial $95 consultation. You would think you would understand all the issues after the meeting but I was left with a lot of uncertainty how they would qualify someone for medi-cal. I wanted to ask questions but she kept saying she would get there and took a lot of time up with general information I already knew.
Kathryn says to call her if someone says something otherwise to what she says after the meeting. So I did that, then she claims I am searching for more information and not "trusting her". Wow, I can't even listen to what others say after talking to her. Are you serious ? On top of that, this is what you told me to do ? Really ? I hear things everyday without even searching. However what is she so concerned with me searching for more information ?
Excuse me but this is a complicated area and if you charge someone and don't tell them everything to keep things vague so you have all the info, its very selfish to expect they don't listen to what others say. Especially when they are caring for a loved one.
Do not let someone treat you like this when looking at your options. I am letting people know right now this is not the right way to treat people. Make sure she is answers your questions completely being too polite up front plays right into this idea that she needs to protect her information to get you as a client. Also all this paranoia that you are talking to others. You sure as heck should be talking to whoever you want and she should not be so worried about that. Its what you have to do for your family.
