Title Release

I had to go through Kia Motors Finance to get 4k off the sticker price. My first payment, I paid off the loan. I keep calling to get them to release my title, I get transferred all over the place then someone hangs up. I'm going to be moving to another state so I need to get this done.
They are the most incompetent & worthless financial company I've ever dealt with. They should just create another company in it's place and transition the loans over.
