Great internet order experience with Instrumental Savings. Their website has two tools which I (not a flute player) found helpful in choosing a flute for my daughter's high school graduation gift: their "Flute Buying Guide and Tips" and their "Flute Featured Models Comparison Guide." Telephone customer support was excellent as well -- Jason answered all my questions and was patient and friendly with no 'hard-sell.' Rarely does a company's service exceed my expectations, but Instrumental Savings did. The flute arrived promptly exactly as advertised in perfect condition. Very satisfied.
