Brian and Dave were refreshingly different than agents I have worked with in the past. My circumstances were extremely difficult as my home was "underwater" and a short sale was required. These guys were so patient and attentive to my needs, I really don't know how they put up with me. The banks (I had a 1st and 2nd mortgage) were really terrible to work with and I just felt a sense of relief when Brian and Dave took over dealing with them. They kept me informed and really treated me like a king during the transaction. Thanks again guys!
