I ordered a Fender Stratacoustic guitar; I called several times over the course of four weeks to find out when it would ship and was always given new dates it "might ship". I went ahead and found the guitar elsewhere, when I called to cancel the order the customer service rep was quick and polite, my card was never charged.
The other items on my order, books, tuner, strings; they all shipped out promptly and arrived in good shape. Not a bad experience, my order was cancelled upon request with zero hastle.
