My story is the same as all the rest. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! I ordered a "free trial" and was only to pay a small shipping and handling fee. My package arrived yesterday the statement that came with it stated if I didn't return the product in 30 days I would be charged $98.50 and be enrolled in their monthly Beauty Lounge club automatically plus be billed ridiculous charges for this as well. I immediately began the process of trying to return the products unopened because I didn't want to take any chances as $98.50 is allot of money for shampoo. However, when I tried to follow the instructions for return, they didn't work. It plainly states that you have to log into Glow.com's website and click on Trial Orders then click Cancel to receive a NECESSARY RMA return number but the website would not recognize my e-mail address which is odd to me as THEY SEND ME E-MAIL OFFERS ON A REGULAR BASIS. You can't send the product back without this RMA number. What was even more aggravating with the website was when I tried the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page I was redirected to an error message stating " This page cannot be displayed". After several attempts to call customer service I was finally told that a "Supervisor" would have to call me back and give me the necessary RMA# AND OFCOURSE THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. A+ company? I don't think so. Somebody is snoozing at the BBB!!! P.S. Here are the names of the employees I spoke directly with: Lamaur X1239, Joanne X1210, Juan X ( he kept insisting his extention was 231 but is more likely 1231 as everyone elso had a 4 digit extention ha!)
