Get everything in writing! Don't trust anything they say!!! Get it in writing before you give them a penny! I've been lied to by Aviv and Ernest....two of the brokers. I was completely dissatisfied with the level of service. I felt they were not honest and did not have my interests at heart. they kept saying things like, "trust me, this is a good deal," but they got angry when I told them I was getting competetive quotes.

Due to State and Federal regulations, everything is in writing before any client of our spends a penny. It is very difficult to control market adjustments which is why we always recommend locking rates and fees initially. Any delay in providing the necessary documents can potentially cause changes that are unavoidable.
