My car broke down on 1st day of school while dropping off my kids. I immediately called Explorer Insurance and i asked if i can get a tow truck cause my car had broken down. Explorer insurance told me i had roadside assistance and gave me the number to Nation Safe Driver along with code and what plan. I called Nation Safe Driver and they say im not covered so i call my insurance and they call NSD on three way and they start going back and forth i do, i dont. Finally my Insurance tells me to call a diff. number and they say im covered to call NSD back. After being on the phone for 2hrs i end up calling Edwin's Towing and they towed my car with great service and was happy to have my car on my driveway. So i called customer service to make a complain and they tell me im not covered with roadside assistance and i told them what i went thru and now im stuck with a bill of $120.00. I should of stuck with All State
