As an expert I love the ability to be able to help but the support I get in return just makes me want to come back again and again. To me it's a win / win. I help them and we're rewarded with free membership and the odd t-shirt ;) As a user, I've found
the other experts very professional and knowledgeable in their approach. Willing to help where they can or assist getting the attention of other experts to help solve my problem. It's unfortunate that everyone else here has had such a bad experience.
