Not worth using at all

In order to use Experts Exchange, you need to set up a free 30 trial account. During the set up process, you are required to supply a credit card account number in case you do not cancel your account before the thirty day trial you will be automatically charged $12.95 for a monthly service charge. I cancelled my account prior to the thirty days thinking I was done with the service. Unfortunately, the company charged me for the service. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed the charge on the card and called Experts Exchange asking that they refund my money. The customer service rep, Kathy, refused stating it is company policy not to refund service fees to customers who do not cancel their accounts before the thirty day free trial and the company had no record of my cancelling the account. I tried to reason with her stating I did not use the account since the first day I tried the account (and when I cancelled the account around day 28) and she refused to refund the money reiterating the company policy. During my trial of Experts Exchange (one day only - however I tried to find solutions to several problems), I found the so called "Expert" solutions incomplete, poorly written, error prone, or unusable. Bottom Line: Do waste your time or money using Experts Exchange. The Internet is filled with a lot of good to great resources online IT forums that will help you solve IT issues.
