To the best of my knowledge I am satisfied with the work, but can only know over time, right---when I see how everything works. I think that Frankie is a great inspector and Santos is a very hard worker and I am sure he must have done a very thorough job. I can't tell because I was not under the house. Bit it sounded like he did everything just right from his descriptions. Frankie told me he saw where a rat must have gotten in once upon a time, when he looked in my crawl space, but Garret said there was no hole in the screens in that crawl space... I asked him today when he came to check the traps. So I guess I am just a bit concerned to know for sure that there are no holes up there. Garret said Alex is coming next time... so maybe he can double check the screens in that space. The people you sent are all great, hard workers. Garret could not get all the way into my crawl space and Santos had to do some of that work (because my crawl space is TINY). I think there may be some termite droppings left in the garage, but I'll double check. My only concern with that is that when someone comes back to reinspect they may think I have termites if some droppings were left. Santos did an amazing hard job and should be commended for his good work ethic. But the day was running a bit late so there may be some droppings left.
