Most incompetent staff in the entire medical profession. Tried to get appointment for my elderly mother over and over and over again. Also left messages for scheduling person. I was never called back even though I left several messages for others too (anyone who could help schedule; apparently however, they only have ONE person to do this and I was told nobody else could. If that person is out sick for days, too bad for everybody else). Finally had to drive down there to get appointment and was greeted with attitude by an unprofessional, bored and incompetent staff person. Asked for manager but my request was ignored. Finally left. Will never use this doctor again because he does not know how to hire and / or manage his staff.
