I hired Community Legal Aid for my divorced case, some time ago I would say more than a year ago, I still haven't given my last payment for my divorce case because as of today I haven't not received any documentation from the lawyer, But the paralegal and the receptionist calls me to make my last payment so I ask them when I am going to received my papers stating that I am now a divorced woman but the reply from the paralegal is that there are still waiting for the other attorney from the other party to sign who knows what. During my case process I visited the office several times to obtain information on my case and more than one occasion I was told by the receptionist that the paralegal didn't have any time for me, this response didn't bother me so I demanded to see the paralegal since I was making my payments on time but when the paralegal would finally come to call me into her office she had a terrible attitude and was very rude and unprofessional I have to say that the person who referred me to the above company regrets recommending such a business. I would not or should I say I would never recommended "Community Legal Aid" or attorney Kevin Kelley to anyone. I been waiting patiently almost 2 years to received a copy of the documents of my divorced case and information other than just hearing from the paralegal "my case is over". Sadly to say I have 2 sisters that ended up with the same lawyer and Community Legal Aid and their experienced is been a nightmare, but I am thankful for BBB helping clients and the community, because not a lot people know about this helpful company BBB specially Hispanic community.
