Warning to anyone ordering the "O gel". just received mine today and it is NOT a "gel". more like water; imitation maple syrup is thicker than this stuff.
While reading the back label I noticed an additional sticker at the bottom which listed an expiration date of 12/2010. Upon removing the aforementioned sticker the actual label itself revealed an expiration date of MARCH 2005!!! That was over three years ago.
So I called "Amden" to make a complaint and was told "sir you can use it 2-3 years within the expiration date". OK well that would mean it HAD expired by now- November of 2008, but the label they stuck on said it was good until 2010 and according to the representative I would be able to use it for an additional 2-3 years beyond the "printed date" which would be 2012-2013. Which in all reality would then be 8 YEARS past the original expiration date.
Selling an expired product as new is illegal. especially in this case where the label was tampered with to alter the date. this action by Amden constitutes FRAUD
The last thing I am not too pleased about, Amden Corporation either owns, holds, or controls "Mantra" which is the company responsible for the "Girls Gone Wild" videos.
***UPDATE*** May 5 2009. The listing associating Amden Corp. and Mantra (along with several other illicit companies) has been changed. The BBB now only lists Amden Corporation with only one "aka"- Cybersonic.
As for the comment below about "placing a new corrected label on the bottles". I am not questioning the validity of the statement, I question the ethics of it. A business should know if they place a label/sticker on an existing label, consumers might question "what are they covering/hiding?" Then after removing it, finding it was covering the exact area listing the expiration date; which so happens to be years past. To anyone, this would look highly suspicious.
I'm sorry, but putting a sticker over something and saying "all fixed now", is not OK.

There was a production batch of the O Dental Cleansing Gel that had a misprint on the label that was corrected. All gel we ship is new and well within the expiration date. However, the gel should be quite thick. If it has become watery, it was likely damaged due to exposure to heat during shipping. This may also have caused the label to peel. Customer service should have replaced this for you at no charge. We apologize if this was overlooked. Please contact the company for a replacement. Finally, Cybersonic (Amden) is in no way connected to Mantra or the makers of the Girls Gone Wild product.
