We were promised the dishwasher would be repaired, gave $100 deposit...Never refunded; as well as, the technician took over 8 hours to diagnose the problem over three separate visits. Upon calling the company, were told the part was ordered (then again, the correct part was ordered, which would take a minimum of 3 weeks to arrived), however, no part was ever received and the company did not inform us. Also, we want company to admit they did not know how to repair our dishwasher. Lie #1 - We were told the dishwasher problem was fixable and that the technician knew what he was doing. Lie #2 – Part was ordered and received. It was the wrong part. Lie#3 – They told us that they ordered the right part and would take 3 weeks to received. Never received the part or call from company explaining that the part did not come in. Lie #4 - Their invoice stated NO CHARGE for house call, yet they were going to charge us $50 for the service call, anyway. Lie#5 – They stated they would refund half the money, and never did. Truth #1 – they prey on the elderly!
