Absolute Nightmare

I asked them to come at 11am to allow time to lax. they came 20 min early - which was okay, but we weren't ready. when we came out of the house at 11 am, the driver was on the phone and looked anxious. I asked if he was okay. he said yes and mentioned that it was another client. moments later he got nervous and said, "lets get the bags in the trunk and close the door to the house." i was irritated that he was rushing me, and i told him there were more bags and my wife was coming. at this point it was about 11:03. he was anxious and impatient which i reacted to with not a lot of kindness. he said he had to go, and said there was another car on its way. i called their office and they told me that he thought his life was in danger, and felt unsafe. they denied that he was talking to a client - i guess they could be in big trouble for leaving one client to serve another. i talked to a buddy of mine who worked for BLS as a driver, and he said that the guy left me to go pick up a regular that was going to tip him big. i called a cab and the guy came and saved us. i gave him the 50 dollar tip that i was going to give the other guy. 24-7 STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED MY AMEX CARD. AMEX WILL TAKE IT BACK OBVIOUSLY, BUT I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER USW THIS BAND OF IDIOTS AGAIN AND THE BRAINLESS C-WORD ON THE PHONE TOPPED EVERYTHING OFF SPLENDIDLY.
