CBD oil - does it really work?

Has anyone tried CBD oil for relaxation or stress relief? I've noticed I've been sleeping poorly and stressed out lately, I want to try it, but I'm not sure where to get it in the UK, so I don't end up with a fake. Share if you have any experience or tried and tested places.

When looking for where to buy CBD oil in the UK, I came across https://cbdreakiro.co.uk/collections/cbd-oil-uk
There are quite a few different options there, I just picked what seemed to suit me. If anyone is also on the lookout, it might be helpful because the delivery there is ok and the selection is decent.

I've tried it a couple of times, bought it from a chemist. Honestly, it helped me relax, but not really anything super effective. There are a few sites in the UK where you can order, like Holland & Barrett, but it's best to read reviews.
